The sun comes up out of the sea

East-facing bedrooms get the sun early. A blockout, or a double blind with a screen in front, lets you choose when the day starts.

Salt and humidity

Close to the beach, PVC or aluminium shutters cope with salt and damp better than timber, and screen fabrics wipe clean.

Views to the escarpment

West-facing windows have the escarpment and the afternoon sun. A screen fabric keeps one and tames the other.

We come down the coast

We measure and fit in the Illawarra ourselves. The visit is booked with a consultation fee, and every dollar comes off your order when you go ahead.

Tell the builder your rooms, pick the level and the fabric, give it rough sizes, and your blind estimate is on the screen the moment you tell us where to send it. Curtains and shutters go straight to a written quote, in your inbox within 24 hours.

We measure, and we fit

We come to you with the real swatches, measure every window ourselves and fit what we supply. We do not hand your job to a subcontractor.

The consultation

Close to our workroom, the consultation is on us. Further out, a consultation fee of $100 to $250 books the visit, depending on your postcode, and every dollar of it comes off your order when you go ahead. Put your postcode into the builder and it tells you which applies.

Every blind, curtain and shutter is made to measure in Australia. Blinds and curtains carry the manufacturer’s five-year warranty plus two more years from us on every part except the fabric; shutters get ten years.
